    • Provide fast response, precise information & excellent services to customers
    • Act as point of contact between warehouse, logistics, principal and marketing team
    • Manage customer orders from placing the order until the shipping arrangement
    • Contribute positively to achieving sales targets
    • Manage the company's website, e-commerce platforms & social media pages
    • Able  to do postings on social media to generate leads, reply to inquiries  & drive sales to the company (Including FB, IG, TikTok & Google  Ads)
    • Analyze, report, and improve sales & marketing strategy
    • Liaise  with marketing related companies such as online marketing companies,  web agencies, advertising agencies & printing companies
    • To hire and collaborate with external influencers such as youtuber, blogger, instagrammer, media, etc.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player

                         JOB REQUIREMENTS:
                        • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor degree/diploma/professional degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce, Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media, or equivalent
                        • Preferably fresh grads / junior executives
                        • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
                        • Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, marketing/video editing App, and MS Office
                        • Basic knowledge in computer/IT skills (software, computer hardware, advanced computer) will be a plus point
                        • Possess own transport & able to start work immediately
                        • Self-motivated & initiative personality

                        JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
                        • Provide administrative support & sales coordination to the sales team ensuring effective delivery of a full range of support functions including but not limited to the issuance of quotations, order processing, order and delivery updates to customers & general correspondences
                        • Effective coordination with internal departments to gather information, resolve issues affecting sales administration and undertake appropriate follow up actions
                        • To attend customers' inquiries related to products, order & complain
                        • Ensure close follow up & maintain a good relationship with existing customers

                        JOB REQUIREMENTS:
                        • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree/diploma/professional degree in biotechnology, life sciences or in a related field
                        • Preferably fresh grads / junior executive specialized in sales - retail/general or equivalent.
                        • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
                        • Computer literate – Excel / Words / SQL Accounting / Adobe Illustrator
                        • Possess own transport & able to start work immediately

                        JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
                        • Responsible in Assisting the Admin Manager in Daily Administration Work that being assigned
                        • General admin tasks and filing
                        • Assist in Implementing Company Policies & Standard Operating Procedures
                        • Other related Roles and Responsibilities that to be assigned as and when deemed required and appropriate

                        JOB REQUIREMENTS:
                        • The Candidate must Possess at least a SPM, LCCI, Diploma, Professional Certificate or Equivalent in Accounting
                        • Fresh Graduates with Initiative to Learn and Positive Working Attitude are Encouraged to Apply
                        • Excellent Communication & Written Skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
                        • Ability to Communicate in Other Local Dialects (e.g. Chinese or Tamil) will be an added advantage
                        • Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc

                        JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
                        • To perform a full range of storekeeper assignments exercising judgment in making decisions based on established methods and procedures
                        • Unloads materials from trucks by hand or with hand-operated or motorized equipment
                        • Unpacks incoming goods and wraps and packs outgoing goods
                        • May enter data and edit stock orders in a computerized inventory system, if available
                        • May operate a motor vehicle, forklift, or other material handling equipment to facilitate the movement of materials
                        • Cleans work area
                        • Performs related work appropriate to the classification as assigned
                        • Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices
                        • Stores supplies and equipment in storerooms
                        • Inventories supplies and equipment at end of each voyage
                        • Compiles reports of expenditures

                        JOB REQUIREMENTS:
                        • Candidate must possess at least two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience working in warehouse and storage operations
                        • Experience in a similar industry would be a plus
                        • Experience in the inventory and physically demanding functions of warehouse work
                        • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
                        • Possess own transport & maintain a valid driving license
                        • Self-motivated & initiative personality
